Abstract:

The dynamic of Cu content between soil and plant was analyzed in the Northeast Leymus chinensis grasslands. Results showed that the average content of Cu was high in the soil of songnen Leymus chinensis, to in this area there was not lack of Cu. The activity of Cu gradually decreased from May to July, then increased highest in August and decreased the lowest in October. The dynamic trend of available Cu content in the soil was similar to that of total Cu content, with a sharply downtrend from 0-1 cm to 50-60 cm. The content of Cu in the plants was in the order of roots > rhizomes > stems > leaves > litter. The ratio of total Cu in B layer to that in A layer was 64.10, and the ratio of available Cu in B layer to that in A layer was 53.18, which indicated that the enrichment capacity of total Cu in the B layer of soil was stronger than that of available Cu.
