Progress on the screening technologies of differentially expressed genes

Abstract:

In recent years it has become a research hotspot to isolate and clone differentially expressed genes by the development of molecular biology and genomics project. It can give us a better understanding of the molecular mechanism of life activity based on the different activities in a variety of related genes for screening and research. Differential gene expression separation technologies which commonly used in recent years were compared in this paper.
