Abstract:

The Indian economy is heavily reliant on the agricultural sector. The traditional techniques used in India take a lot of energy and demand more labour. One of the biggest problems facing farmers is a lack of finance for equipment purchases. Modernizing the current traditional methods of agriculture is the only way to solve this issue. In this study, a design for an embedded system-based agricultural field monitoring system is proposed. It makes use of various sensors that are integrated into an Nuvoton N76E003 high speed controller. A smart system is created to construct a virtual network utilising various sensors to monitor crop health, soil moisture, water levels, insect management, etc. For remote monitoring, these systems are connected to mobile devices.
