Abstract:

An aquatic products price model is developed. Using the predictive control theory, systemic stability is guaranteed and the deviation between supply and demand can track the pre-given target steadily. The demand and supply change mode is defined and the influences of system parameters on system dynamic performance and robust stability are discussed. The results show that in the early period of commodities coming into the market, affected by lack of market information and many other factors, the price fluctuates greatly in a short time. The market will gradually achieve balance between supply and demand over time, and the price fluctuations in the neighboring two periods are broadly consistent. By selecting different parameters, the decision- makers can establish different models of supply and demand changes to meet the actual needs and ensure stable development of market. The method put forward can help the government take some effective measures to adjust the whole economic system, make good use of two kinds of means of public finance and currency, prevent economy from greater fluctuations, thus make the whole economic system keep grow fast and steadily. A simulation example illustrates the efficiency of the algorithm.
