WFL Publisher welcomes you to our Reprints and Permissions Guidelines page. In here, you will find information about how to request permission to reproduce content published in our articles, journals, books and web publications as well as information on how to order print and e-copies of individual articles, book chapters or related materials.
The author of articles published by WFL Publisher do not usually need to seek permission for re-use of their material as long as the journal is credited with initial publication (§. copyright).
Ownership of copyright in the original research articles remains with the Author, and provided that, when reproducing the contribution or extracts from it or from the Supplementary Information, the Author acknowledges first and reference publication in the Journal or book, the Author retains the following non-exclusive rights:
- To reproduce the contribution in whole or in part in any printed volume (article, journal, book or thesis) of which they are the author(s).
- The author and any academic institution where they work at the time may reproduce the contribution for the purpose of course teaching.
- To reuse figures or tables created by the Author and contained in the Contribution in oral presentations and other works created by them.
- To post a copy of the contribution as accepted for publication after peer review (in locked Word processing file, of a PDF version thereof) on the Author's own web site, or the Author's institutional repository, or the Author's funding body's archive, after publication of the printed or online edition of the Journal, provided that they also link to the contribution on the publisher's website.
- To specify well the source of the information and the link of the publisher.
- To upload the in scientific websites or indexing sites the version of the said article.
Do I Need Reprints or Permission?
If you wish to distribute copies of a single article or specific one, journal, book or specific chapters and others for purposes other than scholarly/ academic teaching, contact our reprints services. Our reprints services will enable you purchase print copies of individual articles as well as e-prints. Customize reprint options is also available. In your inquiry, please do include the name of the author(s)/ editor(s), title, and ISBN or ISSN as well as your contact information
If you wish to take material from WFL Publisher articles, journals, books or websites (figures, extracts, abstracts, even full-text articles) and incorporate them into new works (e.g., newsletters, journal articles, review, book chapters, posters, presentations, reports, or related material), you will need to obtain copyright permission.
If you are not currently a subscriber of WFL Publisher’s articles, journals and books and you wish to obtain a single copy of an article for your own personal review, you may purchase 24-hour access to the article and its supplemental online materials (here).
If you are a translator, please note that it is our policy to grant options to only publishers or organizations. Therefore, if you are interested in translating a certain title, we ask you to inform us if you are already in contact with a publishing house or organization which would be willing to publish the translation. In this case, please contact us regarding further procedures.
Standard author reprints
Standard author reprints are an exact replica of the article as they appear in the published journal. However, standard reprints may also have a separate cover depending on the journal.
Custom author reprints
For some journals, authors may personalize their reprints with the addition of a cover (as where not offered as a standard), company or institution's logo, or extra information.
E-prints
An e-print is an encrypted PDF of a paper that can be hosted on a web site for download by a subscriber might be be also multiple users. E-prints are sold on the basis of a certain number of downloads or a period of time, and the purchaser is alerted once this limit has been reached. Author reprint ordering options
Pre-publication author reprints or "offprints" (Academic Journals only)
Most authors place an order for reprints before their article has been published, using the forms provided by the journal's editorial office on acceptance of their manuscript. If you are an author and you have not received a pre-publication reprint order form print, please contact the offprints contact listed under the "reprint page" link of each journal's webpage.
Post-publication author reprints (All Journals or books)
Authors can also order reprints after publication of their article. This can be done electronically.

Author reprints can be ordered online before or after publication. Alternatively, you can download the appropriate form below.
*Author reprints are solely for the author's personal, non-commercial use. For other uses, including use by an author's employer, see under "commercial reprints" below.
Commercial reprints
WFL Publisher’s journals contain some of the most highly cited and influential articles.
WFL Publisher’s commercial reprints are of high quality, with specially designed covers and customization options. The reprints are an exact replica of the published article. All reprints are printed double-sided on premium 70# glossy paper in multiples copies. Title page covers may be included. These covers include the journal's logo, article title, author name(s), and citation information. Alternatively, if not subject to copyright restrictions, the issue cover of the desired journal may be added for an additional fee.
Reprints are saddle stitched unless the article is three to four pages, in which case the reprint is folded. Customers may purchase standard reprints in black and white or in colour. Articles containing colour may also be purchased in black and white for which conversion charges will apply. Please be sure to carefully consider if you would accept a colour article in black and white.
Shrink-wrapping in bundles is recommended and offered at a small additional cost.
Customization options are available at extra cost:
- Addition of disclaimer text and product codes
- Addition of product information
- Addition of a company name and/or logo
- Addition of supplemental online material
- Addition of a reproduction of the journal cover within which the article was published (when not restricted by copyright)
Orders can be shipped to more than one shipping location at any point in time.
Standard reprints are shipped within 14-21 business days from proof approval. Rush schedule reprints are shipped within 5-7 business days from proof approval for an additional fee. Note: Customizations increase processing time.
Reprints are shipped Overnight or a comparable service.
The price of reprints depends on the number of pages in the article and the number of reprints ordered, whether the reprints contain colours or not, if additional permission needs to be secured, and if you require any customize options such as the addition of your product information or logo.
Every reprint requires the approval of the customer prior to printing and billing. Proofs will be provided by our reprint vendor, or from a WFL Publisher Commercial Reprints Representative.

We have an active reprint copyright policy across the full range of titles published by WFL Publisher Ltd. including whole book reprints in the English language.
Please note that individuals or companies wishing to reprint a full article, or to use specific material from books or Journals published by us, such as tables and selected chapters, List of journal contents, you must contact us and allow 4-6 weeks for processing of requests.
