Article Submission Process


Authors who submits articles for publication would have provided a number of distinct advantage to the entire research community. Academicians, researchers, readers and the global audience would have quite a number of articles to read and for personal use which gives them the opportunity to get enlightened in many fields of studies and interests. This development and enablement would greatly help the research community in their research work and findings. And these findings are the key solutions to some of the teeming problems facing humanity. It is based on this premise that we are advocating for researchers and authors to submit their articles for publication. WFL Publisher is readily available to make your research work and article visible to scientific community thereby providing some level of assurance that published articles and journals will continue to be available into the future.

 

Below are the guidelines for manuscripts preparation and contributions. In other to start the process of submission, the corresponding author, should send us an email with a short abstract of the article (subject area). After which, we will decide if the paper fits the scope of one of our journals or not. It is required that only the corresponding author must submit the manuscript(s).

 

  • Research article (full-length)
  • Review articles
  • Short communications
  • Letters to the Editors Views/Opinions
  • Correspondence section (reports on seminars, workshops etc.)

 

If the article meets the scope and is discovered suitable,A full-lenght manuscript must then be sent to at least two external reviewers (native English speaking) before it is submitted to WFL publisher's journal(s). 

Full names, postal and email addresses of at least three external reviewers must be stated in the final letter. Submitted manuscript without proper revision will be rejected. 

 

Once the manuscript is fully reviewed, improved and corrected, it may be sent it first via email (MS Word). Please double-check your manuscript (language, symbols, equations, references, statistical test, please use 300 dpi to 600 dpi when scanning photos. DO NOT scan figures or tables, use the originals). If the manuscript contains symbols, complicated graphs or tables, equations etc., it is requested to send it by airmail.

An electronic version of the manuscript should be saved on a CD in a format compatible with MS Word. The electronic version should be sent along with one hard copy of the manuscript. This will enable us to check all symbols, equations, signs used in your text cautiously. Please include original photographic prints and all tables or photos within the body of the text.  Please note that inadequate or incorrect manuscripts will be rejected.

 

  • The corresponding author will receive an acknowledgement for receipt of the submitted paper (s) by email.
  • Only accepted manuscript(s) will be published instantly. The estimated period varies between three and six months.
  • A confirmation and proof will be sent (pdf file) to the corresponding author only, by email. We request that you include all your e-mails and complete postal addresses in your manuscript.
  • The signed copyright form and the publication fee must be sent to our office by airmail (No e-mails) before the deadline for the publication of your manuscript(s) without a delay.
  • As soon as WFL  publisher office receives the requested documents before the deadline, we will send the hard copy of the journal to the corresponding author (reprints will be sent later, if paid)  and only by airmail. When preparing a manuscript, authors should refer to a recent issue of the journal (printed or online version or to the sample article which can be downloaded from http://www.wflpublisher.com/Home). State the name of the section under which the article should be considered. Check the journal subject area. The manuscript should be accompanied by a letter of copyright transmission (sent by email or by airmail).

The corresponding author must obtain the consent of all co-authors for the submission of the manuscript. A manuscript submission form is also required. (Please, add full mailing addresses and all emails of co-authors). Manuscripts will only be accepted on the basis that the contents have neither been published or are being considered for publication elsewhere.


The corresponding author(s) must ensure that, all submitted original research article, review, or notes have been reviewed by a native English speaking. Once the paper is received, expert team at editorial offce will go through it once again. The accepted manuscript or other contributions will be published both in a print and online version of the journal. The editorial board of the journal may ask authors to submit additional information or illustrations such as photograph in GIF or JPEG format for online journal, and TIFF format for the print journal.


The text must be written in grammatically correct English and well structured in both style and content. Poorly written manuscripts will NOT be considered for publication.


Once the manuscript is accepted for publication, the corresponding author will be asked to send or assign the full copyright of the article to WFL Publisher Ltd. before the deadline. Otherwise, the publication of the paper will be postponed until the copyrights notice is received. (read more).
